Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Company info: company name, email address, file acronym, contract numbers, and domicile hubs.
• Fleet data: unit numbers, VINs, vehicle details, monthly mileage, and maintenance entries you type or paste in.
• Your drawn signature: stored as an image and embedded on the PDFs you generate.
• Payment info: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — only your subscription status and invoice history.

The anonymous trial

Data you enter in the free trial (fleet rows, company details, your drawn signature) stays in your browser's local storage. It is not sent to our servers unless and until you create an account, at which point it transfers into your account where you can edit or delete it.

How we use it

Only to run the product: generating your PDFs, storing your history, running mileage checks, and billing. We don't sell your data, share it with other companies on the platform, or use it for advertising. Each company's data is isolated from every other company's.

Retention

Your records and generated PDFs are kept for as long as you have an account — including through the read-only grace period and even while an account is locked after non-payment. We never auto-delete your data. If you want your account and data permanently deleted, email us and we'll do it.

Where it lives

Data is stored with Supabase (database and file storage) and processed on Vercel. Payments run on Stripe. Each provider handles security for their infrastructure; we control access to your data with per-company isolation rules at the database level.
