Terms of Service

Last updated: September 1, 2026

What this service is

TheLogisticsTicket.com helps trucking companies prepare FedEx Monthly Maintenance Record (MMR / form MGBA-355) PDFs from the vehicle and mileage data they enter. It is a document-preparation tool. It does not file or submit anything to FedEx on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing each generated document and delivering it to FedEx however your contract requires.

Your data, your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter or paste — unit numbers, mileage, maintenance dates and descriptions, contract numbers, and domicile information. The service flags obvious anomalies (like mileage going down), but it cannot verify your records against your actual vehicles.

Not affiliated with FedEx

TheLogisticsTicket is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to FedEx or any of its subsidiaries. “FedEx,” the MGBA-355 form, and any related names are the property of their respective owners; we reproduce the maintenance-record form solely so you can prepare your own records. Your obligations to FedEx are governed entirely by your own contract with FedEx, not by us.

Your signature is your attestation

When you apply your signature to a Monthly Maintenance Record, you — not TheLogisticsTicket — are attesting that the record is true and correct and that the equipment meets the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and all applicable federal, state, and local laws. We simply place the signature image you provided onto the document you assembled. We do not verify, inspect, or certify any vehicle, maintenance work, mileage, or compliance status, and applying a signature through this service creates no such certification by us.

Not legal, compliance, or professional advice

Nothing in this service is legal, regulatory, tax, or professional advice. The service does not determine whether your maintenance program, records, or vehicles comply with any regulation or contract. You are responsible for understanding and meeting your own obligations, and you should consult a qualified professional where appropriate. Keep your own copies of every record — do not rely on this service as your sole system of record.

Accounts and billing

One login represents one company. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual plan. You can cancel any time from the billing page; cancellation stops future charges at the end of the paid period.

What happens if you stop paying

If your subscription lapses (cancellation or failed payment), your account becomes read-only for 3 months: you can still view and download every PDF and record you created, but you can't add data or generate new documents. After those 3 months, the account locks. Your data is never deleted — it stays stored and becomes available again the moment you resubscribe.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that a generated document will be accepted by FedEx or satisfy any regulation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including any consequence of late, missing, rejected, or inaccurate maintenance records, fines, penalties, lost contracts, or loss of data. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from the records you create or the data you submit.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be shown in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions: support@thelogisticsticket.com.
